Prototyping and Certification
Group NIRE, in partnership with The Reese Technology Center, is expanding its portfolio of services aimed at improving wind technology performance. We are a unique wind developer in the US that offers prototyping and site certification of wind turbines with rated capacities ranging from 2MW – 15MW. Our support services extend from development assistance to project management. We understand the public policies of state legislatures regarding clean energy policies through our supporters at Texas Tech University and the State of Texas.
Utility Scale Projects
Group Nire is developing innovative solar and wind projects utilizing our resources and services to provide more value to our domestic and international clients.
We promote development and implementation of renewable energy technology. Development stages include:
Stage I: Project Identification
For commercial projects, Group NIRE identifies and reviews the feasibility and economic viability of project opportunities.
For partner - proposed projects, Group NIRE identifies opportunities in specific locations.
Stage II: Site and Technology Evaluation
Group NIRE assesses potential sites and equipment to determine clean energy production potential. Identifying permitting and interconnection requirements, potential local incentives and projected income.
Stage III: Project Development, Commercialization and Finance
Group NIRE negotiates and structures projects including: acquiring early stage projects, Turbine Supply Agreements, optimizing tax incentives and credits, and securing third party capital investments.
Stage IV: Project Management Service
Group NIRE coordinates all project related activities necessary to construct and operate renewable energy facilities.
